Who treats you

A needle in your face is not a haircut.

The single most common reason someone leaves an aesthetics website without booking is that they never found out who would be treating them.

A doctor who trains other doctors, three clicks in

Dr. Nguyen teaches cosmetic injection technique to physicians for the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. Almost no practice in the Tri-Valley can say that. On their homepage he is a name with a “Learn more” link, below a services list and above a “Promos / Events” strip of seven identical “CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE” buttons.

To ask a question, you have to agree to marketing

Their consultation form states that by submitting it, the patient “consent[s] to receive marketing text messages, emails, and calls”. A first-time patient who only wants to know whether filler would suit her has to sign up for promotions to find out. On this page she can simply ask Sandy.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Who will be treating me?

One of their three doctors. Dr. Tam Nguyen focuses on nonsurgical facial rejuvenation and teaches injection technique to other physicians. Dr. Elyas Parsa, board-certified in family medicine, performs injectables and laser. Dr. Soraya Esteva, a board-certified OB/GYN, leads weight management.

What is the Silhouette InstaLift?

A nonsurgical treatment that uses dissolvable threads to lift and support the mid-face. It is Dr. Nguyen’s specialty, and whether it suits you is decided at a consultation.

Do you do laser hair removal on darker skin?

Yes. They use the GentleMax Pro, which they describe as suitable for all skin types. It can also treat age spots and visible facial veins.

How does weight management work here?

It is supervised by a physician and starts with a consultation about your health and history. The options include appetite suppressants, weight loss injections and meal replacement. Whether any of them is right for you is the doctor’s decision.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes — two plans. The figures are on the membership section of this page, and the front desk can go through them.

When are you open?

Monday to Saturday, nine to six. Closed Sunday. Telehealth appointments run seven days a week, from seven in the morning.

Where are you?

101 East Vineyard Avenue, Suite 103, Livermore, California 94550. They also serve Pleasanton, Dublin and San Ramon.

Your virtual assistant

Meet Sandy, the front desk that never goes home.

She knows every treatment Silhouette offer, which doctor performs it and when the practice is open. Ask her out loud — she answers in about a second.

  • “What is the InstaLift?”
  • “Which doctor does lip filler?”
  • “Are you open on Saturdays?”
  • “What do the memberships include?”
  • “Book me a consultation next week.”

The upgrade

The same Sandy can answer the phone.

What you just spoke to is the website half. The identical agent — same treatment knowledge, same booking rules, same voice — can be connected to a phone line to catch the calls nobody gets to.

Unanswered calls. Sandy picks up when the line rings out because the room is busy.
After hours and weekends. She answers questions and takes bookings while the doors are shut.
Overflow. When two calls arrive at once, the second one stops going to voicemail.

Nothing about your existing number changes. You keep it, you keep answering it, and Sandy only takes what you would otherwise have lost. You can listen to every call and read every booking she makes.

  1. Sandy gets her own numberA dedicated line, never published to your guests.
  2. You set the forwarding rulesBusy, no answer, or after hours — your choice, with your carrier, reversible in a minute.
  3. She answers what you missSame knowledge she has here. She can also hand a caller straight to a human.
  4. Bookings land in your systemConnected to your real diary once you say so — never before.

Turn the demo into a decision.

Everything on this page came from silmedspa.com — your own doctors, your own results, your own plans and hours. Nothing was invented. A 60-minute Discovery Call with Ignatius covers what it takes to run properly — the phone line, the Saturday diary, the membership follow-up — and whether it is worth doing at all.
